Listening to NBC News this morning brought back that sick feeling I had during the Clinton Adm.
The media (Katie Couric) spoke of the religious convictions that a certain dem. governor professed. She also mentioned how wonderful it was going to be for other dem's. to come out and
express their views on God(or is it goddess for some dem's). Now wait just a minute! I thought
we were banned from voicing our views about religion (any religion is included), especially on
the political front. I might want to remind some of you so called "smart red state liberals",
that the reason America was established in the first place, was because our Founding Fathers
left England to be able to worship GOD (God of the Bible). They were called Separatist and were
determined to establish a country and laws within that country that supported their STRONG religious beliefs. If you read about our history(TRUE history) and the men who took part in its birth, your eyes would be open to the truth and you would realize that the dem's. are not the only people in our country whom are able to freely express their religious beliefs. This
is a new concept for some of you, because most of the law schools in our country do not teach or wish to teach the truth of our Founding Fathers and their Christian faith.
Why have the dem's. decided to bring religion to the political table? They can't win without it. What bothers me,is what that religion really is - it's not the same as our Founding Fathers! I thought we couldn't bring religion into politics? Isn't that separation of Chuch and
State? Didn't the dem's. come up with this stupid idea? I think we are now starting to see that the folks in the blue states are not as dumb as once believed. You know history has proved over and over that communism fails and will continue to fail! I wouldn't expect the left to know that because it is very clear to me that they need a good course on American History.
